The Range
Lock and Key

The standard front doorset is supplied with traditional nightlatch and deadlock long established as the best combination in use for front entrance doors. Its uncomplicated
operation is suited to all residents in social and domestic housing whilst still conforming to the enhanced security requirements of PAS 23 and PAS 24.

The upper nightlatch is a Union double security deadlocking 1097- EB-PL with a lower Yale P562 5-lever deadlock to BS3621:2004 which is recommended by the Police and licensed under the Secured by Design scheme.

Letter Plate Draught proof letter plate with gold anodized internally
and externally sprung flaps in a white ABS sleeved frame incorporating integral weather seals and internal brush seal tested to BS EN 1670.

Gold anodized cast aluminium door knocker
tested to BS EN 1670
 Door Knocker
Door Chain
Purpose made powder coated unequal hinges manufactured from 3.25mm
(10 swg) 304 S15 stainless steel with stainless steel and phosphor
bronze washered bearings. Hinges have been corrosion resistance tested
to BS EN1670:1998
200º brass door viewer and Chubb door chain for additional security.

The rear doors are fitted with a mortice sash lock, 6-pin euro profile cylinder to BS EN 1303 and SAA lever handles. In addition to this they have upper and lower
Chubb 8004 integral door bolts.

The lock and door bolt striking are purpose made from stainless steel and are fully adjustable.
